The palace offers free Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning, heating, and soundproofed rooms with private bathrooms stocked with towels, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms are finished with hardwood or parquet floors, linens, a wardrobe, a work desk, a socket near the bed, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
Outside, guests are welcome on the sun terrace and in the 800 m² garden, with picnic area, outdoor furniture, and a sun deck. Indoors, there is a shared lounge, a designated smoking area, and a business centre available on request.
At the front desk you will find private check-in and check-out, a concierge, luggage storage, a tour desk, invoices on request, and an airport shuttle service on request. Daily housekeeping is included; ironing and dry cleaning are available on request.
The palace is a smoke-free, non-smoking property with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, CCTV in common areas, and key access. English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French are spoken.
